Super Simple Gluten Free Chicken Nugget Balls


Gluten free, Grain free, Guilt free!
These super easy chicken nuggets come together with just 3 ingredients, salt optional.

Chicken​.

Parmesan Cheese.

Eggs.

That's all you need to make these magical gluten free chicken nuggets!

 Prep Time: 5 min

Cook Time: 20 min

Total Time: 25 min

  1. Preheat Oven or Air Fryer to 400 degrees
  2. Mix together Chicken, Eggs, Parmesan Cheese & Salt.
  3. Shape mixture into nuggets or balls, place on to baking sheet
  4. Bake/air fry at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
    Enjoy!

These remind me of a chicken 'hush puppy' style nugget. It's almost unbelievable there is no breading, flour or grains of any sort in this recipe. It's a go-to recipe that's both delicious and simple.
