If you're like most people that find out they're celiac, finding out was probably a mix of feelings. Some surprise mixed with, that explains a lot and a bunch of uncertainty.
In this time, when you're scrambling to figure out what to eat, don't forget about the basics.
It's easy to forget that some favorite go-to classics are still on the menu.
You know, the simple classics like good ol' steak & potatos or eggs & bacon.
I am not a chef, I am a web developer, so not every recipe I share will be 5 star Michelin quality food, if any. lol
I simply want to remind you that not every meal will be a gourmet dish and that's perfectly okay.
As long as you're getting fed & not skipping too many meals.
So here is a quick list of classic no-recipe type meals you might have forgotten about in the frenzy to figure things out...
Like I mentioned before, Steak & Potatos... and of course a veggie... simple classic.
